Phoebe Farrow is an emerging author of dark romance and fantasy novels. Doesn’t Count is the first of many books to come. She started writing at a young age, mostly to escape her reality. From silly daydreams to vampire tragedies written with pencil in a worn down composition notebook, she buried herself deep into other worlds. Now, she writes because she simply has too many words and stories in her head and hopes to share them.
