The story is filled with numerous triggers such as cheating, pregnancy, non-con, and more, and this is definitely not suitable for readers under 18 years of age or readers that are trigger by sexual abuse/rape.
Starting at chapter 41 is where the non consensual sex takes place, and from then on, the book is filled with torture, more sexual abuse, mention of children no longer alive (it's not true, but the way it's written will have you believing it could be). This book does NOT end with a HEA, but there are three books in the series, so it’s gonna happen… Eventually, I promise.
