Kidnapping The Mafia Boss

Kidnapping The Mafia Boss

Gangsters Paradise Book 6

Tierney Storer

Heaven's plan to kidnap and unalive the local gang boss for revenge was great, except for the fact she's just a girl, has ADHD, and is sick at the sight of blood. But Reaper isn’t your typical hostage or mafia boss—he’s too busy smirking, flirting, and acting way too attractive for someone tied to a chair. Things get even more complicated when Wraith, Heaven’s long-time golden retriever stalker (who’s disturbingly good at breaking and entering), shows up to 'help.' Now Heaven’s stuck in a remote cabin with a sweet mafia boss who might be a murderer, and a spicy ghost mask wearing stalker & hacker who’s been silently folding her laundry for years. As secrets unravel, sparks fly, and alliances shift, Heaven realizes three things: Revenge is never as simple as it seems. Falling for both the captor and the backup wasn’t part of the plan. She looks kinda hot in black, boy clothes Kidnapping The Mafia Boss is the first of a trilogy following Heaven aka Heather, a sweet, bubbly & ditzy for the plot dancer. This trilogy is hilarious, spicy, and thrilling. It follows her as she seeks revenge (terribly) for the death of someone she loves, with the local flirty but dangerous mafia boss. And with the help of her golden retriever stalker who's a deadly hacker and hitman that hides behind a ghost mask. Expect lots of fun flipped tropes, in this found family and forced proximity story with mild friends to enemies to lovers & friends to lovers. In a dark romcom & suspense trilogy. This series is full of interconnected standalones, duologies, trilogies, and more — a world of powerful families, deadly rivalries, and unforgettable love stories. Each character in each main family (and the fun side characters) gets their own story with a complete ending but I think it's more fun to read them all and see all the great cameos and shenanigans that occur. Content Warnings:

Stalking (by a love interest to fmc & she sort of consents to it after a while because he’s really sweet and helps her a lot)
General violence
Sexual content, including knifeplay
Kidnapping & drugging to do so (fmc uses rohypnol to knock out an mmc to kidnap him, but he is kinda aware of it and this is more funny than creepy)
Some minor mention of grief
SA off page to a side character who is then murdered on page but not graphically
Mentions of torture/abuse from adults to kids (both Reaper and Wraith)
Homophobic remarks from the villain to an mmc
This is more of a satire story, along the lines of a Laurel and Hardy vibe with comedy that is ridiculous. If you cannot read ‘dumb’ fmc’s who are meant to be written that way, then this is not for you. Heather is hilarious, sweet and chaotic. But she is not supposed to be that smart. If she was, there would be no plot and this story would be rather boring. The entire point of it, is that if common sense was used for even a single moment, the story would be solved.
